Shipping and returns
Pepelù will ship the order within 15 days after confirmation of payment.
Customers are asked to check the package received upon delivery by the courier, before signing the receipt. Pepelù packages are securely packaged and sealed. In the event that the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during office hours; deliveries are not made on the days before holidays and holidays.
Pepelù is not responsible for any delay due to operations and customs control, or force majeure beyond the control of Pepelù.
When components or stones for the article desired is no longer available at the time of confirmation of the order on the online store www.pepelu.it, we reserve the right to replace the stone with the most similar in shape and color where possible. We will update the site constantly removing the articles that are no longer available.
In the event that we cannot offer a replacement, we will give timely notice and refund the customer the amount paid and the contract will be terminated by both parties.
3. Right of Return
Pepelù protection and ensures complete customer satisfaction.
If it is not satisfied with an order, the customer can exercise their right of return, without penalty, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchased product on www.pepelu.it.
The right of withdrawal is exercised properly if they are fully adhered to the following conditions:

Pepelù will send by e-mail the Return Form, which will be completed in all fields and sent via email or placed inside the package.
In the case of defective goods, Pepelù will pay the postage for the return of the goods at his premises, after finding their responsibility manufacturing error.
If the reason for the return is different from the above mentioned, we will refund, but the shipping cost for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer.
If the item is damaged due to improper use of the same, the refund will be reduced by the value of the object immediately.
The product must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered in effect an integral part of the product and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging. For the original package is the entire packaging, including the cloth bag or box.
The returned product must be delivered to the Court Sant’Eusebio Street 11/8, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI) Italy, within 14 days from the date of formal notification to Pepelù the will to terminate the contract, by entering order number on the package containing the returned item.
Repayment must be performed by the same means of payment used by Pepelù for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has agreed otherwise, but no extra charge for the latter.
Authorized returns from Pepelù must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
If all the requirements have been fully met, Pepelù will fully reimburse the customer the price of the product purchased.
Pepelù not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions listed above. In such cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping and the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of items made to measure or custom.
4. Time and Method of Reimbursement
On receipt of the returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met Pepelù will send the customer an e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the return, or, if they were no abnormalities, an e-mail to non acceptance of the return.
Regardless of the method of payment used by the customer, Pepelù will refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal, or on receipt of the goods delivered and verified that the withdrawal was done in compliance with all the above conditions and the integrity of the product received is verified.
The time period for crediting depends on the method of payment used.
For purchases made by credit card, the time it takes to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. The value date of the crediting will have the same, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
For purchases made via PayPal, the refund will be made on the customer’s PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual reimbursement to the credit card from the customer’s PayPal account, depends on the institution that issued the card.
If present, the repayment of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
