Pepelù, a corner of the world
told through a jewel.

An original and eclectic style, attention to detail, combined with a sophisticated and feminine design. These are the hallmarks of Pepelù, the result of careful research and the expression of lively and instinctive creativity, typically Italian. Whoever wears a Pepelù jewel appreciates craftsmanship; the brass wire and thin chains, handmade with precision and decorated with semi-precious stones, Venetian glass, coral, wood and resins.

Pepelù evokes memories of distant destinations for long sojourns: the magic of the Greek islands, the elegance of African landscapes, the energy of Latin America, the scents of India and the Parisian unbearable lightness of being.

Silvia Pepoli, heart
and soul of Pepelù.

A designer by vocation since 2004, Silvia Pepoli started creating jewelry on a Greek island, combining experimentation and creativity. Silvia’s passion is expressed in the perfect combination of craftsmanship and innovation, projected into the world of contemporary fashion.

Her passion has deep roots in the past, when the Pepoli family owned a jewelry store in Venice. Even before, her grandfather, a watchmaker in Milan, created commissioned objects of gold and her great-grandfather set precious stones for the Czar of Russia.

Her art reflects authentic Italian creativity, enhanced by a fusion of looks and experiences captured in her frequent trips abroad. Silvia’s ideas take shape in a laboratory incorporated into a setting where peace and tranquillity reign, the barchessa of a seventeenth century Palladian villa in Bassano del Grappa. Silvia draws here – by hand – and breathes life into her unique and authentic jewels.

“A jewel helps to enhance one’s femininity. I don’t think we have to wait for a dinner invitation to show off a necklace of colored stones or a pair of earrings that highlight your eye color.
We advise women who buy Pepelù jewelry to wear it to feel good about themselves, to look in the mirror and smile, liking what they see.”
